Duties
- Meeting with existing and potential property investors
- Promoting the TREOC Way in wealth building
- Assessment of Risk requirements
- Providing a solution in accordance with risk requirements
Requirements
- Minimum education qualification - Matric certificate.
- Minimum 2 years service in the industry, as well as a good knowledge and passion for property investment, wealth creation and understanding of trust structures.
- FAIS compliance with minimum of 60 credits on NQF level 5 or completed RFP 1 & 2 or in the process of becoming a CFP (Certified Financial Planner)
- Good marketing; communication; networking; organisational and entrepreneurial skills are essential.
- Good people skills and the ability to interact effectively with high profile clients.
