With our Treoc Wealth Management Course we've eliminated the logistical problems and associated high costs of both above formats. We're combining them and making them available in a self-study format. This means that a member in Australia, for example, where we have a lot of members, by the way, will be able to learn and study the full Treoc Way for Property and Business. Although the TWM Course covers the same subjects as the seminars, and they complement one another, the focus of each is totally different. It is recommended that you do both forms of training if you ever get the opportunity. It doesn't matter what order you do them in, though; and either one of the two formats will give you enough information to fully understand and practise the Treoc Way.Another benefit of the TWM Course is that it exposes property investors to business principles that can be applied very fruitfully to their property portfolios, and exposes businesspeople to investment methods that far surpass the big money powers' useless products.

Each chapter's length is equivalent to the number of pages in an average book; we will be releasing a chapter each month which members will be able to download from the Treoc website. Each month another chapter will be released until we've been through the entire TWM Course in a year. Each chapter will contain the same Excellence modules, and every month we will expand more on each subject. So the property investment course for example that we present at seminars is spread over twelve months in the course manual, under the Treoc Way Property Excellence Module.
After that we will start again with Edition 3's chapter one; it won't be exactly the same as the corresponding chapter from a year before, because although all the chapters will already have been written, they only get finalised in the month before they are due to be released. In this way we keep the chapters up-to-date and topical, and in step with the changing market environment. For this purpose we have a panel of experts on each of the Excellence modules, who will update every module each month.
This course is designed not just to teach people the Treoc Way, but also to keep them and their descendants on the dynamic Treoc Way. It can never become outdated. We foresee that the Treoc Way Training Manual is going to become the Bible of investment and business.
Minimum requirements for downloading the next chapter
At the end of each chapter of each module there is an online multiple choice test for you to do. Click on the chapter and at the bottom of the page you will see a "Test Me" link. If you click on the "Test Me" link, the test will open up. Answer the questions online and submit. The test is immediately marked online and the results are given straight away.
Apart from the tests for Module 1: TREOC Way Property Excellence, which are compulsory, all the other tests are optional. The test on each chapter of Module 1: TREOC Way Property Excellence, must be passed with at least 80% each month, though, in order for you to be allowed access to the next chapters of the course. You can repeat a particular test as many times as you like until the minimum result of 80% is achieved. The tests for the other modules are for your own use only, so that you can measure your knowledge. Although they're not compulsory, we still recommend strongly that you do them.
