Most of our members know about our popular Financial Freedom Seminar, and know that it's the only one of its kind. On this seminar we teach people how to create wealth using other people's money, and how to protect this wealth with our famous double trust structure. Over the years we've received many enquiries from members overseas who would like to do the Treoc property seminar, but aren't able to travel to South Africa for it. We initially thought we would be able to solve the problem by taking the seminar to them, but found that that wasn't the best solution.Business course
Over the past few years, with the help of experts we developed an outstanding business course, and our Treoc Academy has already presented it with great success. The feedback that we received about it was fantastic. Course attendees compare it to an MBA. It is a practical course that has a direct positive influence on your business's bottom line. Course attendees have seen improvements of up to 300% in their profits! The problem with this course is that it consisted of 12 full-day sessions, which resulted in a high cost. With our Treoc Way Training Manual we've eliminated the logistical problems and associated high costs of both courses. We're combining them and making them available as a self-study model. This means that a member in Iraq, for example, where we have a lot of members, by the way, will be able to learn and study the full Treoc Property and Business Way. As any student knows, no written text can ever replace the lectures of a teacher, and therefore this course is by no means a replacement for the seminars and the business course. It does contain all the information, though - in fact, even more than you would get at the presentations. Although the Manual covers the same subjects as the Seminars and they complement one another, the focus of each is totally different. It is recommended that you do both forms of training. It doesn't matter what order you do them in, though; and either one of the two will give you enough information to fully understand and practise the Treoc Way.Another benefit of the Training Manual is that it exposes property investors to business principles that can be applied very fruitfully to their property portfolios, and exposes businesspeople to investment methods that far surpass the big money powers' useless products.
The Treoc Training Manual's Edition 1 consists of around 1,200 pages across 12 modules, each of which makes provision for the following Excellence subjects:- Investor Excellence
- Financial Excellence
- Operational Excellence
- People Excellence
- Sales & Marketing Excellence
Each module's length is equivalent to the number of pages in an average book; we will be releasing a module each month to the Platinum members, which they will be able to download for free from the Treoc website. Each month the module on the Platinum website will be replaced by the following module, until we've been through the entire Training Manual in a year. Each module will contain the same Excellence subjects, and every month we will expand a little more on each subject. So the property investment course that we present at seminars is spread over twelve months in the Training Manual, under the Investor Excellence subject. The seminar is therefore still the only place where you can get everything on one day, from A to Z.
After that we will start again with Edition 2's module one; it won't be exactly the same as the corresponding module from a year before, because although all the modules will already have been written, they only get finalised in the month before they are due to be released. In this way we keep the modules up-to-date and topical, and in step with the changing market environment. For this purpose we have a panel of experts on each of the Excellence subjects, who will update every module each month.
This course is designed not just to teach people the Treoc Way, but also to keep them and their descendants on the dynamic Treoc Way. It can never become outdated. I foresee that the Treoc Way Training Manual is going to become the Bible of investment and business.
Membership
Previously it was only possible to become a Platinum member once you had attended the property investment seminar, Financial Freedom with Property. That is now no longer a requirement.
