The Treoc Business Way

The TREOC Business Way – Get ahead in 2010

I quote our Minister of Finance – Pravin Gordhan upon his return from the Group of 20 (G20) meeting in London:” South Africa will emerge stronger from the recession.

"It is important that businesses get the extra leeway and opportunity to stay in business ... and if they stay in business they can keep their workforces in jobs," Gordhan said.

South Africa was way more prepared for the Economic downturn – and we also started feeling the recession later than the other countries.

For many businesses, in times of economic slumps ,the knee-jerk reaction is to cut costs, downsizing to survive. They also tend to cut marketing and staff development (training) budget in an attempt to reduce overheads. Often these decisions are to the detriment of the business, especially regarding customer satisfaction & product quality and delivery.

We believe that in the long run, this is not necessarily the best option. Although we might have to return to the drawing board during these tough times to make some fundamental changes within a company, these tough times provide opportunities to make organisations stronger and not to implement short –term survival tactics, but to focus on long-lasting solutions.

During our last budget speech, our Minister of Finance reminded us that output growth is expected to improve in 2010, supported by the 2010 FIFA World Cup, the lower interest rates and the R787 billion public infrastructure spending.

The world economy is turning, and South Africa is busy following suit. It will only be the companies that are preparing for this upswing by looking forward rather than looking back, that will be better positioned to bank on the upswing that we are expecting.

Treoc Business Academy has decided to assist the Small Business owner / Entrepreneur by taking it’s formidable Treoc Business Way around the country. And this time, we are also going to the smaller regions such as Bloemfontein and Nelspruit

If this sounds like you or if you are trying to identify ways in which to grow your business, then you need to attend this event.

So what is the TREOC Business Way?

In short, it is a powerful set of methodologies & thinking processes designed to get you thinking differently about your business, both now and in the future. You will learn powerful ideas on using the slower economy as an opportunity for gaining huge market share while your competitors are re-active and scared of the future. The fact is, being an entrepreneur can either be heaven or it can be hell.

It can be heaven when you achieve freedom and wealth from your business, and enjoy the types of work you do on a day-to-day basis, but it can be hell if you become a slave to your business with no time to spare, if you have constant cash-flow problems, and heaven forbid become the victim of one of many, many risks that stare business owners in the face every day.

TREOC Business Academy is one of the few companies that understand both how to protect you from risks in your personal and business life, as well as create great wealth with our many marketing and business-building methods. We go beyond the traditional self-help hype and delve deep into practical and pragmatic strategies that the world’s wealthiest people use to amass their fortunes and ideal lifestyle.

To assist the already struggling Business owners, we have decided to sponsor the majority of the costs for attending these events and can offer this to you for a mere investment of R 350 Vat inclusive.
